Nick Saparilas - Bio

Nick Saparilas was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1985 and received his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. While many Defense Attorneys may emphasize their Prosecutorial backgrounds, Mr. Saparilas has been a champion of the Defense his entire career and prides himself on defending the Constitutional rights of his clients.

Mr. Saparilas is Licensed to Practice Law in North Carolina, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the Tenth Judicial Bar.

Nick is devoted to teach others about criminal law and procedure so others can become more educated about the law. He has appeared regularly on Legal Eagles local television program answering the public’s questions and concerns. In addition, Nick has taught paralegal classes at Durham Technical Community College in effort to train and teach tomorrow’s leaders.
